To cover this iterative platform development process and our internal transition from a waterfall driven organization to a Scrum based foundation, Telio is seeking an experienced, technology-wise highly qualified and dedicated Product Owner who is directly reporting to our leading Scrum Master as well as the Head of Development. Based on Telio’s strong growth, functionality and size of its unique platform solution is increasing rapidly.

In the role of Product Owner, you will be responsible for the End-2-End development process of Telio’s platform, having direct customer access and instructing a dedicated development team of 4-5 colleagues. Further it will be in your teams and your responsibility to take care of Telio’s prioritization process, defining product backlog and sprint log in coordination with Telio’s Product Management and its Release Board.

Responsibilities

Manage internal and external stakeholders' requests and expectations
Create customer-value driven, prioritized product backlog
Groom product backlog by refining user stories and acceptance criteria, to be pulled into sprint backlog(s)
Serve as voice of the customer in answering questions for scrum team(s) during sprints
Respect the added value of technical and platform related developments, updates and upgrades
Shared accountability for customer value delivery with scrum teams
Collaboration with Scrum Master(s) and team(s) on sprint planning, roadblock removal, and team velocity
Assume responsibility for Telio’s long term technical objectives (e.g., scalable platform) together with adjacent departments

Your profile

Willingness and ability to travel more than 20%; Working onsite with our clients and the SCRUM teams
Strong educational background; preferably in a quantitative or technical field
2-4 years of product management experience, 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in enterprise or consumer software development area
Agile practitioner mindset and proficiency in Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and iterative development practices
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT full development life cycle
Excellent organization and analytical skills
International and multi-cultural working experience
Excellent English skills (verbal and written), preferably knowledge of another language
Charismatic leader being able to organize and motivate her/his team
